INSTALLATION

  1. Open the downloaded ZIP product file and drop the folder in it somewhere in your resources folder.
  2. Add your product key (get it here) to the settings.ini file
  3. Add start BigDaddy-UrbanSurfin to your server.cfg.

DO NOT RENAME THE FOLDER.

If you change the name of the folder it will not function correctly so leave the name as it is.

HOW TO PLAY

  • Climb on a vehicle and use /usurf to "attach" yourself to the vehicle. Or use /usurfh to attach HARD so it's much more difficult to get knocked of.
  • You can do emotes on the vehicle but be sure to use X to stop the emote (no matter what your emote script stop emote key is). This is important because if your stop emote key is different,it might detach you and you'll fall off. We put in a special stop emote key X so you won't fall off.
  • Use /stopsurf to "detach" yourself and get off the vehicle.
  • Alternatively, you can hold down the SPACEBAR and your character will squat down... when you release the SPACEBAR he will jump off of the vehicle.

NOTES OF INTEREST:

If the vehicle brakes hard, turns a corner too hard, hits something hard enough, comes off the ground, or goes at a severe slant... you WILL fall off of the vehicle. If you use the HARD surf command, the chances are much less that you will fall off.
